Every display, managed from one place
- Players run in a standard web browser on compact PCs
- Looping video and content that changes through the day
- Upload, assign and preview media for each station
- Live status and health for every output
Cueford runs every projector and display in a museum or visitor experience from one browser. It schedules what plays through the day, and delivers each visitor narration in their own language, on their own phone, in sync with the image.
Interface preview with illustrative data.
Most visitor experiences need a playback system, a show controller and an audio guide, usually from three suppliers. Cueford does all three, and they share a single clock.
The Cueford server sits on the site's local network. Players and phones keep time against it, so audio and image stay together. There is no dependency on an internet connection during opening hours.
A small server and one player per screen on the site network. The players use standard hardware.
Upload media, build the day plan and cue lists, and add narration per language, all in the browser.
The show runs on schedule. Staff see the status of every station and can take over with a single cue.
Galleries with many stations, each looping its own story.
Multilingual audiences with no audio-guide hardware to hand out.
Rooms where content and narration change through the day.
One platform to deliver, hand over and support across projects.
Cueford is in development with early partners. These are the targets the platform is designed and tested against. Full datasheets come with each release.

We're working with a small number of museums, attractions and AV integrators. Tell us about your space (number of screens, languages, opening date) and we'll arrange a demo.
